  • Salary: $61.25 - $61.25 per visit hour
  • Included Health is seeking experienced and mission-driven licensed Mental Health Therapists to support our fast-growing virtual care team. This is a general interest posting. By applying, you’ll be considered for future openings aligned with your licensure, specialty, and availability.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Required
    • Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program
    • 2+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience
    • Active and unrestricted LCSW license; licensure in multiple states is highly valued
    • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of current residence
    • Ability to treat all ages preferred
    • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
    • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients via a video-based encounter.
  • Perform virtual comprehensive mental health evaluations.
  • Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings.
  • Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans.
  • Evaluate results of mental health assessments.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.
  • Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
