Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in service, manufacturing or remanufacturing)

Responsibilities

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and using prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
  • Applying in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work

  • Releasing new product to the floor, including NPI (New Product Introduction) documentation
  • Overseeing the production process, removing obstacles, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements
