Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in service, manufacturing or remanufacturing)

Responsibilities

Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and using prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
Applying in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work
Understanding how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Using judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters (with guidance), prior experience, and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks
Utilizing technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems, potentially using multiple internal sources outside of own team
Acting as an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent, providing informal guidance to new team members
Releasing new product to the floor, including NPI (New Product Introduction) documentation
Overseeing the production process, removing obstacles, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements
