Responsibilities

  • Manage brand plans and drive functional excellence within the Global Marketing team
  • Deliver brand plans that grow the business while creating deeper, lasting relationships with consumers
  • Partner with Global Brand Director and marketing leaders to lead brand plans and key consumer concepts, including marketing briefs, strategic tools, and marketing initiatives for seasonal and long-term consumer concepts
  • Work across global and geo teams to drive a robust concept map and build new consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth internally and externally
  • Support bringing the Global Streetwear Consumer plan to life
  • Support development of annual and seasonal marketing plans
  • Support an end-to-end process to gain insight from consumers, including cultural trends
  • Manage collaboration throughout the Consumer Code process to engage with key cross-functional and cross-dimensional partners
  • Oversee product integration into seasonal programming
  • Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels
  • Manage campaign progress measurement, recapping, and teardowns
  • Collaborate with teammates across Jordan Brand to build and plan marketing programs that drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand, and build connections with streetwear communities
