Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Brand Director and marketing leaders to lead brand and athlete marketing plans and key consumer concepts, including marketing briefs, strategic tools, and marketing initiatives for seasonal and long-term concepts
  • Work across global and geo teams to drive a robust concept map and build new consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth
  • Support bringing the Global Sport Consumer plan to life
  • Support development of annual and seasonal marketing plans
  • Support end-to-end process to gain insight from consumers, including cultural trends
  • Manage collaboration throughout the Consumer Code process with key cross-functional and cross-dimensional partners
  • Oversee product integration into seasonal programming
  • Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels
  • Manage campaign progress measurement, recapping, and teardowns
  • Manage brand plans and drive functional excellence within the Global Marketing team
