Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development and backend systems
Proven experience in Java (JDK 17+), Python (3.13), Angular (18+), and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies, including Lambda, S3, and CloudFront
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Familiarity with RDF and its applications in data management is highly desirable
Strong leadership skills with a servant-leader mindset, capable of inspiring and motivating teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers and quality engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications and backend pipeline systems
Architect and implement scalable solutions using technologies such as Java (JDK 17+), Python (3.13), Angular (18+), and TypeScript
Utilize serverless technologies in AWS, including Lambda, S3, and CloudFront, to deliver performant and scalable application capabilities
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform to streamline deployment processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to ensure the team is equipped with the best tools and practices
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Promote the use of Resource Description Framework (RDF) for data management and integration, where applicable
