Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with demonstrated expertise in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
The Lead HVAC Technician will oversee the maintenance and repair of all HVAC equipment within the manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime, and working closely with the PdM, reliability, and engineering groups. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading a team of technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, while also completing all required documentation and ensuring compliance with GMP procedures and safety regulations.
