Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes; providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management
  • Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture and diversity, employee engagement, morale, and retention
  • Other duties as assigned
