Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in full-stack development, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL. A deep understanding of cloud-native systems and experience deploying to AWS, along with solid grasp of SQL and NoSQL data modeling, is required. Proven technical leadership, including driving architecture, mentoring, and owning delivery, is essential. Professional English proficiency for effective communication is also necessary. Experience with AI/ML tools, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD practices, and global distributed teams are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Lead Full Stack Developer will own the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable features and system components. They will lead architecture discussions, define technical standards, and mentor other engineers through code reviews and design sessions. This role involves partnering with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and define requirements, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack. Additionally, they will help evolve the engineering culture by implementing best practices in testing, CI/CD, and DevOps, serving as a go-to technical expert for Full Stack development in React and Node.js.
