Responsibilities

Leading & supporting daily operations to maximize productivity and meet daily operational goals
Ensuring completion of daily cycle counts and all inbound and outbound warehouse operations
Coordinating warehouse activities in an effective and efficient manner to satisfy internal and external customer service
Identifying distribution issues and reporting them to the appropriate supervisor/manager
Leading all inbound and outbound shipment activities including sorting, logging, delivering, packing, and shipping
Auditing shipments prior to packing to ensure that goods match the order
Ensuring proper equipment, manuals, and accessories are shipped with the correct order
Leading the preparation of shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring orderly files
Working with delivery drivers inclusive of supporting truck preparation and routing assignments
Ensuring site compliance with key company standards for safety, facility maintenance
