Requirements

10+ years of Technology Delivery experience
5+ years of experience leading high performing engineering teams
5+ years of experience in application development using Java, Spring boot, Microservices, React, Kubernetes, Docker
3+ years of experience in GCP /AWS cloud
2+ years of experience using AI tools and delivering solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Responsibilities

Accountable for leading the strategy and creation of a multi-year modernization roadmap to support modernization of Retail Pharmacy value streams
Accountable for leading the design, foundational framework and development of retail pharmacy products and associated technology assets
Accountable for assessment of software engineering practices, driving continuous improvement, improving operational efficiency, time to market and overall product quality
Leading engineering teams, guiding and mentoring them in implementing solutions across a wide range of technology platforms
People management including hiring, performance management, team building, leading career growth and skill development through coaching, and setting measurable professional goals
Building and cultivating strong relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners to support the delivery roadmap
Building relationships and partnerships with vendors to build contingent teams working onshore and offshore/nearshore to support our staffing needs
Building relationships and partnerships with solution vendors in support of our technology needs
Technology Research and Innovation to develop a long-term strategy based on emerging trends in healthcare and technology industries
