Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in digital customer experience product management, within large or regulated corporations. They should have experience with agile product development and agile/product management software, as well as comfortability bringing new digital products to market and managing scaling departments. Experience working with engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product is also required, along with a goal-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data and drive decisions using data.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Digital Product Manager, the individual will develop and execute on epics aligning with a digital product roadmap, lead product discovery to refine ideas, partner with IT teams to create product value, manage bottlenecks, anticipate technical constraints, balance business needs with technical constraints, and maximize business benefit. They will also partner with internal testing teams, service experience teams, and operational teams to identify impacted systems and data sources, create and track progress of epics using product management tools, and utilize skills to make an impact by establishing objectives and key results and measuring progress. Furthermore, they will collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, demonstrating customer centricity.
