Responsibilities

  • Creating parts, assemblies and drawings with Creo CAD software
  • Creating models and drawing packages from concept to fabrication stage
  • Being part of a design team within manifold system projects
  • Working with other Engineers and management to develop design concepts
  • Contributing to team effort to meet project milestones and needs
  • Considering safety, quality, cost and manufacturability in designs
  • Establishing technical requirements basing on customer functional specifications and project needs in compliance with international codes and standards
  • Leading and contributing to design development activities such as CAD modelling and documents creation ensuring alignment with requirements and schedule
  • Working cross functionally with other engineers and departments to align interfaces, design, activities, and deliverables
  • Presenting design outcomes in design reviews when and as relevant
  • Managing engineering suppliers on the technical standpoint, providing guidance and granting compliance to applicable technical and contractual requirements
  • Providing engineering support to program management
  • Supporting the sourcing team through procurement, manufacturing and test of designed products
