A Ph.D., M.S. or Bachelors degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields is required. For M.S. or Bachelors, a minimum of 5+ years of industry data science experience is needed; for PhD, a minimum of 3+ years.
Responsibilities include developing action-oriented insights via causal analysis and experiments, upleveling experimentation practices, creating ETLs and dashboards, designing KPIs, engaging stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.
Relevant experience in quantitative or data science roles, preferably for a consumer-facing service/app, is required.
Strong candidates will have a solid technical background as an industry technical leader, strong business acumen, excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills, and experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
