Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate business partners
Exercise considerable independent judgment in complex CSR duties
Deepen customer relationships by listening to needs, asking questions, and guiding to financial solutions
Provide follow-up to customer questions and resolve issues
Be responsive and timely in correspondence
Maintain confidentiality of customer business and follow Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Collaborate with Financial Center Manager on monthly cash counts and FCA requests
Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operations
Maintain balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and assist others
Stay updated on bank policies and procedures
Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making per guidelines
Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives
Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, refer to Bankers/business partners
Build knowledge of Retail products/services and utilize referral tracking tools
Perform other duties as assigned
