Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate business partners
  • Exercise considerable independent judgment in complex CSR duties
  • Deepen customer relationships by listening to needs, asking questions, and guiding to financial solutions
  • Provide follow-up to customer questions and resolve issues
  • Be responsive and timely in correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer business and follow Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
  • Collaborate with Financial Center Manager on monthly cash counts and FCA requests
  • Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operations
  • Maintain balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and assist others
  • Stay updated on bank policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making per guidelines
  • Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives
  • Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, refer to Bankers/business partners
  • Build knowledge of Retail products/services and utilize referral tracking tools
  • Perform other duties as assigned
