Requirements

  • Experienced hands-on Creative leader with multiple years’ experience leading Creative teams
  • Proven experience developing stand-out, originated Creative across multiple media formats
  • Hands-on ability to demonstrate excellence in AV craft
  • Detailed understanding of 360 ideation
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-wide creative tools (from cutting to AI static ideation)
  • Background in leading multiple 360 projects across Brand/Social/specialism
  • Experience working/managing Global brands across EMEA markets
  • Detailed knowledge of multiple workflows to achieve the best possible results
  • Excellent collaborator with outstanding communication skills
  • Open-minded, optimistic, can-do attitude to win and get to the best possible work
  • Ability to receive and give feedback with energy and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of direct reports
  • Lead multiple Creative teams on Disney+ campaigns (UK originals or repurposing US assets)
  • Provide creative leadership of the highest order, creating 360 original ideas with a digital-first, social-first mindset
  • Work closely with Disney+ Creative Director to inspire with original Creative thought
  • Lead from the front across a varied portfolio with positivity, energy, and a cool head
  • Drive the highest quality Creative output across all Disney+ Campaigns, judged by effectiveness, stakeholder feedback, and awards
  • Work closely with Disney+ marketing partners to deliver effective Campaigns across all media channels
  • Be hands-on Creative, represent/present Creative routes to senior stakeholders (external prod companies, talent, internal teams, wider industry)
  • Build a strong and effective team, attracting new talent, retaining current talent, and developing apprentice/grad schemes
  • Push AV/Trailer creativity and quality across a large team of various levels
  • Play an important role in the overall leadership of Disney+ Creative
  • Provide creative leadership and inspiration, inspiring confidence in those around you
  • Represent the team to Marketing, commissioning, and the wider industry
  • Build a positive environment for the development of the highest quality creative output
  • Be responsible for the attraction, recruitment, and retention of top talent
  • Be culturally sensitive to varied audiences and territories and aware of Ofcom regulations
  • Be flexible in the role, stepping in on projects as needed and working to changing timelines
  • Be an engaged and enthusiastic team member, proactively sharing ideas and best practice, serving as a role model
