Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats; evaluate industry dynamics
  • Develop strategic initiatives and business plans aligned with organizational objectives; identify growth opportunities and drive business model innovation
  • Facilitate cross-business unit initiatives and identify opportunities to drive postpaid wireless subscriber net additions through innovative acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Deliver in-depth analysis and insights to support leadership’s strategic decisions; build financial models and forecasts to assess impact of new initiatives
  • Distill complex problems into clear, actionable conclusions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (senior leadership, business units, functional teams) to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives
  • Prepare presentation materials for leadership approval and effectively communicate recommendations and findings
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide timely competitive intelligence
  • Contribute to negotiations by supporting the development of principal terms and conditions for key transactions
  • Creatively resolve complex issues, lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influence executive decision-making, mentor less experienced staff, implement long-term plans, and collaborate frequently with senior leadership
