A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with minimum 8 years’ relevant retail experience in merchandise buying, business, or demand supply planning is required.
Candidates need strong ability to interpret sell in, sell through and financial data, advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas and pivot tables, and strong cross-team collaboration and influencing skills.
You will work with cross-functional stakeholders within the country and Southeast Asia & India HQ, including Assortment Planning, Marketplace Business Unit, Product Merchandising, Finance, Enterprise Business Planning, Brand and Marketing, and the wider SEAI Planning Team.
