  • Buying, Planning, Assortment Planning experience with apparel/footwear in Digital preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail math
  • Experience in developing an understanding of consumers, competitors, and retail trends
  • Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications; proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Pre-season: Build strategic framework of seasonal product investment plan
  • Pre-season: Lead digital buy strategy by reconciling topline financials, brand roadmap, consumer moments, membership plan with bottom up investment
  • Pre-season: Align plan with input and collaboration from key stakeholders including Merchandising and Business Team
  • Pre-season: Partner with Supply Planning team to secure capacity & plan inventory flow
  • In-season: Weekly analyze and recap marketplace performance
  • In-season: Recommend key actions to cross function partners to optimize business
  • Post-season: Analyze seasonal topline financials and product performance including sell-through, color performance, and SKU productivity
  • Post-season: Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for future season planning
  • Post-season: Recap performance of key retail moments to provide insights for future planning
