Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in assortment planning, merchandising planning, retail planning, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros); familiarity with Cognos BI and Tableau preferred
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics, consumer behavior, and marketplace dynamics
  • Fluency in English and Korean; exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience in digital commerce or store-centric business planning is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive pre-season style-color depth planning and oversee the full order process
  • Align assortment plans with seasonal priorities and sport strategies
  • Collaborate with Geo and territory Merchandising, Planning, Sport, and Marketplace teams
  • Manage in-season optimization for market health through Read & Act processes
  • Recap and analyze business performance, reporting variances with actionable plans
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis to determine optimized pricing strategies and inventory movements across marketplaces
