Candidates are required to possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in finance or economics, with a preference for CFP, CPA, or CFA designations. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in wealth advisory client service, is also necessary. Strong financial planning/wealth management insight, judgement, and experience are preferred.
The Lead Advisor will partner with the Business Development Officer to support new business development, attend client meetings, and manage new client relationships including investment advisory, financial planning, and estate and tax planning. They will prepare customized investment proposals, provide financial planning advice utilizing specific platforms, conduct regular client portfolio reviews, and proactively communicate with clients.
