Responsibilities

  • Act as Personal CFO for existing and new clients; lead relationships, deliver exceptional experiences, and design/implement/manage wealth management plans supporting clients' "Life Plan"
  • Leverage internal/external resources to achieve client objectives in Investment Management, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Risk Management, and General Planning
  • Communicate unique value proposition to prospective clients and establish Brighton Jones as trusted advisor
  • Develop and expand relationships with centers of influence (attorneys, CPAs) for additional business
  • Cultivate deep relationships with custodial retail branches in collaboration with national team
  • Create opportunities and represent Brighton Jones at public speaking events (community, industry, etc.)
  • Lead local service team to ensure high client retention/satisfaction with relentless focus on remarkable service
  • Support Business Development in new client acquisition via sales process participation and referral generation from existing clients
