Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls, qualify sales opportunities, and assign to sales
Receive incoming calls and route to the appropriate department if not related to a new account set-up or existing merchant hardware sale; if sales related, route to the appropriate MSR
Track lead distribution
Process and create new lead records in Salesforce and follow assignment instructions
Regular attendance and compliance within the assigned schedule
