2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company (preferably services/consulting related)
Spanish and English proficiency preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards
Preferable experience with using Lever or other ATS

Responsibilities

Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall recruitment goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a smooth recruitment process
