[Remote] Language Lead - Malayalam at Welocalize

The Language Lead - Malayalam will supervise a team of linguists, overseeing the quality of their deliverables for assigned accounts, coordinating team activities, participating in recruitment and performance management, and monitoring team KPIs. Responsibilities include reviewing translations, providing feedback to linguists, supporting training programs, acting as a liaison for terminology and style issues, and supporting the onboarding of new teams. Furthermore, the role involves quality management planning and execution, supporting client engagement through calls and documentation, performing translation and review tasks, creating linguistic assets, and participating in the arbitration process.
