  • Personalverantwortung für die technische Mitarbeiterinnen und Laborantinnen der Assay Development Gruppe der Abteilung Research & Development
  • Personalmanagement und Personalentwicklung der zugeordneten technischen Mitarbeiterinnen und Laborantinnen
  • Schnittstelle zu anderen Arbeitsgruppen in der Abteilung Research & Development
  • Ressourcenplanung und Zuordnung zu priorisierten Projekten und Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Labororganisation und Organisation von Tätigkeiten zur Aufrechterhaltung des allgemeinen Laborbetriebs
  • Interaktion mit dem wissenschaftlichen Personal der Abteilung Research & Development
  • Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
