Responsibilities

Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales aplicables en la organización (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT y Contrato colectivo) (Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws in the organization (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Collective Agreement))
Responsable de llevar la estadística y control del ausentismo y rotación de las áreas que tienen asignadas (Responsible for tracking statistics and control of absenteeism and turnover in assigned areas)
Proveer la información estadística del depto. a las áreas de manufactura que lo requieran (Provide departmental statistical information to manufacturing areas as required)
Enlace en la comunicación con manufactura y depto. de personal de las necesidades y actividades diarias (Act as liaison in communication with manufacturing and personnel department on daily needs and activities)
Responsables de la aplicación y análisis de las encuestas de ambiente y servicio y de sus planes de acción (Responsible for applying and analyzing climate and service surveys and their action plans)
Responsable de administrar el sistema de entradas a laborar del personal directo después del horario establecido (Responsible for administering the work entry system for direct personnel after established hours)
