- Licensed as an RN in Iowa and/or meets the requirements of multi-state licensure
- ACLS and BLS certifications (a plus initially; required as an employee)
- Mandatory Reporter training certificate (required as an employee)
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00am-7:00pm, 7:00pm-7:00am, 1:00pm-1:00am M-TH, weekend 11:00am-11:00pm)
- Availability every third weekend, every third holiday, and occasional call
- Willingness to be assigned to inpatients and emergency department as needed per census
- Pass background check
