Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Major in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Instrument Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for document creation and data processing
Basic knowledge and experience in mechanical, electronic, or high-voltage connector products testing and measurement
Ability to operate DC power supplies, multimeters, resistance meters, and other relevant equipment
Experience operating cryogenic chambers, vibration test benches, and waterproof test equipment (preferred)
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, good teamwork and communication skills, and English reading and writing skills

Responsibilities

Prepare samples for testing according to relevant industry standards and work instructions
Perform functional and performance verification tests on test samples
Summarize test results and write test reports
Identify test samples and tooling
Maintain laboratory technical documents
Store and manage data
Perform laboratory 5S maintenance
Collaborate with senior staff and adhere to Aptiv’s production and quality systems
Complete assigned testing tasks and quality activities
