Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
3+ years of Training experience in Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry
Knowledge of Food Safety, Pharmaceutical and OSHA regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills for effective internal communication at Site level
IT Skills: MS Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Office, Planner, SharePoint)
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Capable of working on multiple projects at one time (Agility)
Training/Coaching certification
1+ professional industrial training experience
IWS/OPEN+/WCM/TPS tools deployment or E&T Pillar Leader/member experience

Responsibilities

Develop system of induction trainings to ensure seamless onboarding & value creation
E2E cycle of Learning Needs Assessment, Curricula management, Delivery systems, Compliance & Reporting mechanism for site
Governance Site Capability Matrix including HAPS Pillar framework
Facilitate/Conduct on-the-job training to technical staff to improve machine performance and facilitate deployment of HAPS SWP/Tools of AM, PM & PS Pillar
Develop roadmap for Site’s Technical Training Academy/Centre for in-house upskilling
Ensure archiving & record keeping of trainings as per GMP/Regulatory requirements
Innovate and simplify training systems to improve engagement, upskilling & impact delivery
Lead the site Induction program
Ensure upskilling of technical staff for impactful projects/program delivery
Govern On-Job-Training (OJT) for practical skills enhancement
Develop culture of Lean tools utilization like Kaizens, OPLs, Task Instructions, SIMPTWW, Toolbox Talks etc
Govern the capability building framework (Step-up Cards) for HAPS activation across all pillars to sustain Continuous Improvement culture for individuals & teams in the areas of EHS, Quality, Production, Engineering & Projects
Play a key role in the Operational Excellence Team to broaden the horizon of L&D from GMP/Regulatory compliance to developing technical mastery across the site to support effective implementation of initiatives that align with the Site future vision
