Responsibilities

Actively participate in the hiring process, employee onboarding, performance management, and provide coaching/corrective actions regularly
Supervise kitchen and packaging agents by providing motivation, training, and development
Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures and manufacturing formulas
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times
Ensure quality objectives are met, including regular adherence to GMPs, performance of sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality checks
Monitor manufacturing and implement corrective action planning when needed to meet company objectives
Develop production plans to maintain inventory levels as determined by sales and operations demand
Collaborate with Purchasing/Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and packaging materials
Ensure proper weekly inventory, logging, and storage of all materials and packaging
Oversee implementation and training for new products, equipment, and personnel
Recommend and implement efficiency improvements
Oversee daily edible production and packaging operations on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm)
