Requirements

  • Ability to participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and corrective actions
  • Skills in training, motivating, and developing employees

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the hiring process, employee onboarding, performance management, and provide coaching/corrective actions regularly
  • Supervise kitchen and packaging agents by providing motivation, training, and development
  • Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures and manufacturing formulas
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times
  • Ensure quality objectives are met, including regular adherence to GMPs, performance of sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality checks
  • Monitor manufacturing and implement corrective action planning when needed to meet company objectives
  • Develop production plans to maintain inventory levels as determined by sales and operations demand
  • Collaborate with Purchasing/Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and packaging materials
  • Ensure proper weekly inventory, logging, and storage of all materials and packaging
  • Oversee implementation and training for new products, equipment, and personnel
  • Recommend and implement efficiency improvements
  • Oversee daily edible production and packaging operations on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm)
