  • Experience in gaining access to promoted products and selling in targeted teaching institutions/hospitals/clinics
  • Understanding of process flow for IV and subcutaneous products to ensure access and fulfillment
  • Ability to create, implement, and evaluate strategies for developing Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and evaluating business plans for assigned institutions
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal and external marketplaces
  • Competence in administrative functions (e.g., call reporting, safe driving, expense accounting, written/oral communications)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals for the Immunology portfolio by delivering market share, growth, and key metrics in the assigned geography (Long Island, NY), executing franchise and company brand strategy within customer segments
  • Influence decision makers and influencers to support company products for relevant disease states using clinical information and selling skills
  • Execute local marketing strategies, share ideas/information with team members, and cultivate relationships to enhance business results and customer loyalty
  • Establish long-term business relationships with influential stakeholders in targeted Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology institutions; coordinate Academic sales strategies to maximize sales
  • Drive product access, acceptance, and usage in targeted Academic accounts
  • Create, implement, and evaluate strategies to develop Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate effective business plans for each assigned institution
  • Champion collaboration across the marketplace, internally and externally
  • Maintain administrative functions such as call reporting, safe driving, expense accounting, and communications; represent the company appropriately
