Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales experience

  • Willingness to travel; ideally based in or near Stockholm

Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative solutions and find better ways of doing things
  • Take overall responsibility for account management, from setting business targets to negotiating line listings and promotional activities
  • Initiate category management projects, handle the account budget, and develop relationships within the account
  • Follow structured annual account plans, track milestones, and deliver agreed sales results by channel
  • Develop account sales strategies, set priorities, and ensure standards/targets are delivered in the market
  • Maintain deep insight into local market requirements and trends, continuously evaluating customer needs
  • Manage Goodyear’s largest retail and wholesale customers in Sweden
  • Represent Goodyear in all matters towards customers in the Retail channel
  • Build strong relationships and drive all upselling opportunities
  • Develop strategic partnerships through the “Connected Business Model,” maximizing net sales and gross profit for both Goodyear and customers
