Requirements

Candidates should possess a University Degree preferably in Economics or Business Administration, fluency in Polish at a B2 level, and at least 5 years of experience in managing key accounts within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. They should also have at least 3 years of experience collaborating with nationwide pharmacy chains focused on OTC drugs, along with knowledge of the Polish pharmaceutical market and its distribution model.

Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager OTC will be responsible for developing credible relationships with key accounts, building annual customer plans, creating and monitoring Joint Business Plans (JBP), analyzing customer P&L, managing G2N budgets, implementing sales strategies in the e-commerce channel, and ensuring sell-in/sell-out goals and availability targets are met. Furthermore, the role involves cross-functional cooperation, coordinating customer orders, distributing promotional materials, gathering market feedback, and advising on the sub-channel commercial policy, ultimately contributing to the achievement of Haleon’s commercial strategy within the pharmacy account customers.
