Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), medical devices, or healthcare sector, ideally in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven success managing large governmental or institutional accounts, preferably MOH or healthcare clusters
  • Strong network and understanding of Saudi healthcare procurement and decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic
  • Demonstrated ability to plan strategically, execute effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • High integrity, customer focus, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across MOH hospitals, laboratories, and affiliated healthcare facilities
  • Understand customer needs, strategic priorities, and clinical goals to deliver tailored diagnostic solutions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives within key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans, aligning commercial objectives with customer needs
  • Lead tenders, framework agreements, and long-term contracts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and governmental health initiatives to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks
  • Provide insights to management for business planning and forecasting
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Applications, Service, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and post-sales customer satisfaction
  • Apply Danaher Business System (DBS) principles to ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi regulations (e.g., SFDA, MOH guidelines) and company ethics policies
