  • Maintain best-in-class knowledge: demonstrate expertise in disease state, products (Biogen/competition), clinical practices, market dynamics, healthcare systems; seek external learning opportunities; participate in training; serve as internal/external expert
  • Conduct administrative follow-through: maintain timely documentation (e.g., expenses, compliance), ensure sales call frequency, use processes/technology professionally
  • Maximize patient pull-through: address challenges in patient identification, treatment access, reimbursement (per local permissions)
  • Ensure compliance: respect internal/legal standards, report safety/quality issues per company rules
