Requirements

Good level of education ideally to degree level
Experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the CE/FMCG environment
Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills and experience
Proven track record in successfully growing distribution and key accounts
Self-starter, able to operate with freedom and flex commercial skills within key retailers
Excellent communicator, with presentation, commercial and financial skills
Strong negotiator
Team player, but able to work well independently when needed
Ideally based across the Netherlands and/or Belgium to serve the Benelux region
Fluency in Dutch and English (other language skills desirable)
