Requirements

  • Excellent commercial experience working with prominent brands and Key Accounts in the Supermarket/Retailer or HoReCa sector, with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Czech market
  • Strong Sales/Business Development experience, demonstrating an ability to establish, nurture and win key account leads by selling a proposition to a variety of senior stakeholders that anticipates and accommodates each account’s specific needs, while not deviating from Too Good To Go’s core values and product
  • Experience with SaaS Solution selling preferred
  • Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of unlocking opportunity, overcoming commercial and operational challenges, and delivering value and growth
  • Ability to work closely with the marketing team to develop unique value propositions for accounts
  • Ability to lead difficult negotiations skilfully, and create and deliver high impact pitches
  • Master communicator, knowing when to speak, how to listen

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Key Accounts team (1 Business Development Manager, 1 Key Account Manager, and 1 Key Account Specialist) in nurturing and growing existing business and winning new key account partnerships by identifying new opportunities
  • Full management of the CZ Key Account sector pipeline and forecasts, plus line management of the Key Accounts team: set goals and objectives, responsible for their development, give effective feedback, and accountable for their overall performance
  • Independently and proactively outreach to gain meetings and build rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers of challenging big accounts
  • Independently search for new opportunities, learn about businesses in depth, map stakeholders, and understand their decision-making process
  • Create and deliver high quality, professional presentations to potential partners, and confidently speak about the business and food waste proposition
  • Oversee the team’s portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships, meaningful relationships with numerous stakeholders, and delivering strategies to grow accounts, focusing on maximising store coverage, overall supply, and guiding on a zero waste approach
  • Build reports to track performance and identify trends, and create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals
  • Collaborate with team members across other Key Accounts cluster teams as well as colleagues in Global Key Accounts, Marketing, and Independent Partners
