Responsibilities

  • Bouwen op bestaande relaties met stakeholders op hoofdkantoor- en winkelniveau
  • Begrijpen van uitdagingen op winkelvloer, aanwezig zijn en feeling houden met de praktijk
  • Combineren van winkelvloer-kennis met databronnen om business cases, jaarplannen en strategieën te ontwikkelen met Key Account Managers
  • Initiëren van projecten om meer maaltijden te redden met partners, met data-gedreven aanpak en opvolging van succes, kwaliteit en schaalbaarheid
  • Delen van best practices met het team om werkwijze te verbeteren en actief kansen spotten voor groei
  • Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en automatiseren van Key Account performance dashboards en rapporten om partnergezondheid en operationele KPI’s te monitoren
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc en diepgaande data-analyses op metrics (zoals meal saving rates, retentie en sales uplift) om optimalisatiekansen te identificeren en te vertalen naar concrete aanbevelingen
  • Direct samenwerken met partnergerichte team om rapportageprocessen te verbeteren, datakwaliteit te waarborgen en data-gedreven besluitvorming te ondersteunen
