Responsibilities
- Build upon and enhance relationships with stakeholders at HQ and store level
- Understand shop floor challenges and engage directly on the ground as part of the process
- Use shop floor knowledge and data to build business cases, annual plans, and strategies in collaboration with Key Account Managers
- Create data-driven initiatives to save more meals with partners, monitoring success, quality, and scalability
- Share best practices with the team to elevate ways of working and spot growth opportunities
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring Key Account performance dashboards and reports to monitor partner health and operational KPIs
- Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive data analyses on Key Account metrics (e.g., meal saving rates, retention, sales uplift) to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with the partner-facing team to streamline reporting processes, ensure data quality, and support data-driven decision-making
