Responsibilities

  • Build upon and enhance relationships with stakeholders at HQ and store level
  • Understand shop floor challenges and engage directly on the ground as part of the process
  • Use shop floor knowledge and data to build business cases, annual plans, and strategies in collaboration with Key Account Managers
  • Create data-driven initiatives to save more meals with partners, monitoring success, quality, and scalability
  • Share best practices with the team to elevate ways of working and spot growth opportunities
  • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring Key Account performance dashboards and reports to monitor partner health and operational KPIs
  • Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive data analyses on Key Account metrics (e.g., meal saving rates, retention, sales uplift) to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with the partner-facing team to streamline reporting processes, ensure data quality, and support data-driven decision-making
