Requirements

1-2 years’ professional experience in a sales support role
Experience with CRM tools
Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team environment
Ability to manage, collaborate and critically prioritize, ensuring efficiency between teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Written and oral fluency in English
Excellent work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

Be a super user for sales tools and answer ‘how do I…?’ questions for CRM opportunities, accounts, and data to reduce IT tickets
Serve as an onboarding Buddy for new Sales team members to decrease ramp-up time
Identify best practices and sales process improvements, share and document them for easy access by the Sales community
Identify and remove sales process blockers to streamline processes and enable more customer-facing time
Monitor and highlight Dynamics opportunity hygiene (e.g., sales stage, quote expiry, close date, forecast category, start date) for smooth Closed Won and Booked transitions
Identify data quality issues and manage ongoing processes to ensure CRM cleanliness (accounts, contacts, hierarchy)
Monitor and highlight pipeline health in collaboration with Business Operations, tracking KPIs and providing feedback to Sales and management
Prepare and ensure quality, timely win celebration emails are sent organization-wide
Identify sales knowledge gaps in tools and processes and liaise with Sales Enablement for training
Execute the internal cancellation process
Provide backup across the regional sales ops team when colleagues are out of office
Maintain the Opportunity Management process library and playbook with latest resources
Act as Subject Matter Expert for 1-2 key projects/topics, collaborating with owners to incorporate business input and ensure successful implementation
