Candidates must possess an accounting degree or equivalent qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, either acquired or currently in progress. They should have at least three years of post-qualification experience or post-degree experience in financial reporting or audit firms, along with practical experience in IFRS and working within a Control/SOX environment. Strong Excel skills are essential, and prior experience with SAP is preferred.
The Junior Reporting Specialist will deliver complete and accurate IFRS reporting for entities or clusters, oversee month-end close activities performed by a BPO, ensure compliance with ICFW and SOX requirements, drive control remediation, review and assess Balance Sheet reconciliations, support process improvements, produce routine analyses and summaries for stakeholders, and prepare audit deliverables as needed.
