Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, and previous experience in project coordination or administration is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational and time-management skills are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
The Junior Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. They will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication and coordination across various project tasks, coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas, taking detailed notes and tracking action items, monitor project progress and assist in the identification of any potential issues or delays, support the project manager in resource allocation and budget tracking, and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
