Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience running paid ads for e-commerce brands, with hands-on experience specifically utilizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are required, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with CRMs and documenting processes. Previous experience working remotely and independently, coupled with an interest in e-commerce, DTC brands, and digital advertising, is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Junior Media Buyer will assist in managing paid social campaigns for e-commerce clients, primarily across Meta platforms, collaborating with Senior Account Managers on campaign setup, tracking issues, and performance analysis. Daily monitoring of ads, flagging issues, and proposing creative or strategic optimizations will be a key responsibility, as will communicating with clients, troubleshooting problems, and escalating as needed. The role also involves learning and following internal workflows with the goal of managing accounts independently within the first year.
