The Junior Legal Counsel will assist in drafting and reviewing employment, commercial, and corporate agreements. They will provide timely legal advice on topics such as fintech, labor laws, and corporate matters. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating client and vendor agreements, supporting internal compliance initiatives, and offering day-to-day employment law counseling. The role also involves resolving HR and legal employment issues and handling various ad-hoc projects.
