Requirements

1–2 years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure-related role
Basic understanding of Windows Systems (Client and Server)
Experience supporting user hardware and peripherals; familiarity with gaming or high-performance workstation environments is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Foundational understanding of networking concepts (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP)

Responsibilities

Monitor server health and system performance to ensure uptime and reliability for critical building systems
Assist with routine server maintenance, including patching, updates and backups, with a focus on minimising disruptions to critical operations
Support the administration of Windows servers and related applications under guidance from senior engineers
Perform general technical troubleshooting and give consultation to development teams. Ability to support incident discussion and resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures
Participate in incident response and emergency procedures related to studio building management systems
Collaborate with the international IT team on system updates, testing, and deployments
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper access and account setup
Provide technical support for users in all studio locations
Help manage IT inventory and asset tracking
Support the backup and storage infrastructure
