Responsibilities

  • Draagt zorg voor de uitvoering van HR processen en de daaraan gekoppelde dienstverlening aan de vestigingen binnen de regio
  • Ondersteunt en adviseert het leidinggevend kader met betrekking tot operationele vraagstukken op het gebied van personeelsmanagement
  • Draagt zorg voor de inrichting en uitvoering van HR processen en de daaraan gerelateerde dienstverlening ten behoeve van de business
  • Signaleert mogelijke knelpunten en zoekt naar oplossingen ter verbetering van de uitvoering van de HR processen en adviseert het HR Management hierover
  • Adviseert de business op HR en organisatie vraagstukken op basis van benchmarking en trend analyses
  • Bewaakt de kwaliteit van de HR processen door het periodiek uitvoeren van KPI metingen, rapportages en trend analyses
  • Voert HR projecten uit in overeenstemming met de gestelde criteria (tijd, budget, kwaliteit) ter verbetering van het HR beleid, processen en/of dienstverlening
  • Draagt zorg voor een goede projectoverdracht zodat het projectresultaat wordt geïnstitutionaliseerd binnen de bestaande organisatie
