Requirements

University degree in a science related field preferred (biomedical engineering, physics, clinical nursing or similar)
Ideally electrophysiology/cardiac rhythm management or equivalent clinical experience
Cardiac anatomy and physiology knowledge would be considered as a strong asset
Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer-focus
A willingness to travel on a daily basis and ability to work autonomously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Driving license B (active driver)
Located preferably in Thessaloniki area (field-based covering Northern Greece)

Responsibilities

Providing expert clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of all CRM products and their appropriate application in the clinical setting
Maintain up to date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area, including competitor devices, as well as a general understanding of the dynamics of the country healthcare market
Providing technical support to the CRM salesforce
Conduct product presentations and perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested, responding to technical questions that might be raised by EMEA or customers
Attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices
Provide expert support and advice on the use of the Abbott portfolio within Northern Greece
Promote Abbott Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel
Ensure that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott
