Unterstützen bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung des neuen Dialyse- und Praxisverwaltungssystems an allen Standorten der NephroCare Deutschland GmbH
Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende im Umgang mit dem internen System und Telematik-Anwendungen
Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen für Ärztinnen, Ärzte sowie Pflege- und Verwaltungspersonal
Sammeln von Feedback und Wünschen der Mitarbeitenden und Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Systems
Bearbeiten von Service- und Supportanfragen in Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden und Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklern
