Responsibilities

  • Manage the listing team to create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon and TikTok Shop
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create and upload new assets (images, videos, A+ content)
  • Ensure all listings follow brand guidelines and marketplace requirements (titles, bullets, pricing, and imagery)
  • Support bulk uploads, flat-file edits, and variation updates
  • Communicate learnings from TikTok and Amazon back to the site content team
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rate, page views, and buy box status
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports summarizing trends and listing performance
  • Identify underperforming products and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and track potentially viral products
  • Track shop-wide metrics for TikTok Shop and Amazon
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and pricing accuracy
  • Assist with the regular replenishment of FBA shipment creation
  • Help maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and reports related to listings and campaigns
  • Upload and maintain products, pricing, and inventory on TikTok Shop
  • Track campaign performance and assist in influencer or promotion coordination
