Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience in the Architecture or Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Proficiency in Concept Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation
  • Strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and/or Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (SketchUp advantageous)
  • Proficiency in advanced digital modeling and rendering, with professional expertise in Revit

Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate 3D models and renderings of architectural projects and design concepts
  • Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, and models for project execution
  • Collaborate effectively with lead designers and project managers to support project deliverables as a team player
